Kakashi’s story is a story of pain, loss, and finding yourself once again. You see, Kakashi, from a very young age, understood the cost of war, of honor, and failure. He was once an idealistic young boy who faced the harsh reality of dishonor that culminated in the loss of his father. This scarred him, and he carried these scars with him well into his time as a Genin, into his time as a member of Team Minato, and ultimately, until the loss of his friends Obito and Rin. These two deaths (Well… one death) only compounded upon him. He lost track of the meaning and value of life, which led him down a very dark path as a member of the Anbu, down a route of desensitization in an unhealthy way of coping. Death couldn’t hurt anymore if you killed so much that life had no meaning anymore. Minato sought to break Kakashi from this path, but in the end, the death of Minato and Kushina left Kakashi in a dark pit with no light. This lasted until Hiruzen pulled him out of the Anbu seeking to give him a new lease on life. But Kakashi wasn’t the only person ever to suffer loss. This is a story about two people very much in need of love, finding each other, and learning that loneliness can be cured by a genuine care of another person. This is the tale of Kakashi raising Naruto.

As Madara walked the halls of this odd spacestation that Fu called home, he wondered what it was today that Fu could be working on. Entering the main command room, he saw the TV suddenly turn off and Fu just whistling from his chair. With a glare, Madara looked to Fu. “What are you doing?” “Nothing!” Fu said. “J-Just preparing for an experiment. “Oh? What experiment?” Madara said as he drew closer. “Oh, you know, just the… regular kind where I put Naruto into a situation of some sort…” “Uh-huh…” Madara snatched the remote from Fu’s hand. “I swear, if I turn this on and see more Demon Realm girls…” With a click of the remote, the monitor flared to life showing… Madara himself. Or at least a version of him. For a second, he looked at the TV before his eyes, filled with white-hot rage, began to glare at Fu from the corners. “...We’ve discussed this.” Madara said. Fu nodded. “I know, but… I just gotta see what happens.” “What are you doing to me then?” Madara asked. Fu sat up and smiled. “Well! It’s actually nothing bad. You see, in the original timeline, you die of old age after giving your Rinnegan away, and then for the most of the plotline, you’re not actually present, having to rely on distrustful servants to carry your will forward. As I thought about this, it made me wonder about Six Paths power. If it can create anything and make anything you will into reality just like Izamagi, then why couldn’t you and the sage use it to restore your youths?” Madara sat there silently for a moment. “You propose using Six Paths Powers to grant me ageless immortality?” Fu nodded. “The Rinnegan possesses many paths and abilities, some of which even I have yet to understand. I wish to see if you can reverse the flow of time on your body with this. I wish to see what happens if you are allowed to control things as you always should have.” Madara stroked his chin. “I see. An interesting proposition. Very well, you have my permission to proceed with the experiment. But only this time.” Madara smiled. “Whatever you say, bestest buddy!!!”

One of the things I’ve always found truly tragic is that Naruto never really got the chance to know his parents. I mean, in a way, it had to be that way. The story wouldn’t be the same if Naruto didn’t understand suffering. In fact, the movie Road to Ninja: Naruto the Movie even suggests that if Naruto had grown up without pain, he might have turned into something far darker — perhaps even a villain.On the other hand, the film also turns Hinata Hyuga into an incredibly bold and, let’s be honest, stunning version of herself… (Come on, I was young once too.) So you can definitely take everything that happens in that alternate universe with a grain of salt.Still, one of the greatest tragedies remains: Naruto never truly got to know his family.But if you know me, you know I love an emotional story. Deeply moving narratives draw me in like few others can. I need to feel the emotions. That’s what makes everything real to me.And because I want to explore something melancholic — yet touched by hope — I’d like to approach a concept where Naruto actually gets the chance to live with his parents.

A short while ago, we told a story. That story was “What If Minato Came Back to Life?” — and it was about a father given the chance to reunite with his son. It was a beautiful tale, filled with emotion. The story of a father and son can often feel magical, a bond overflowing with love.But few people can love a child more fiercely than a mother.And so, I would like to tell a story about a mother’s love — and how it transcended death itself for the one she cherished most. A story about love so determined that, through sheer force of will, it defied destiny and granted a mother the chance to see her son once more.

Maybe this was just me, but I had a realization not long ago. And after having it, it lived rent free in my head ever since. Sasuke’s eyes never turned into the Rinnegan. Now, you may be looking at your screen funny, but hear me out. Sasuke Uchiha’s eyes were going blind from Mangekyo Sharingan use, and so he decided to attain the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan instead. And when he attained the EMS, he had to replace his own eyes with transplants. Specifically from Itachi. So from the point after Sasuke retreated from the bridge in the Land of Iron, his eyes were no longer his. They were Itachi’s. Which means that, during the Fourth Shinobi World War, the eye that became a Rinnegan was actually the eye from Itachi. What I do kinda find funny though is that, when Itachi was reanimated and cast Izanami on Kabuto, the eye he used was his left eye, the same eye Sasuke would turn into a Rinnegan, so there’s probably a lot of significance to this which I could and probably will give its own video to. But for now, I’d like to finish explaining how this idea correlates to the What-if at hand. What if Itachi possessed the Rinnegan?

Orochimaru was a brilliant scientist and Shinobi with with such promise that he squandered. I find myself thinking about it a lot. Like, why he was evil and stuff. I know a lot of it spawned from the death of his parents and the feelings he got after that. Feeling helpless, feeling like he had no power. That would serve as plenty enough explanation, but it still makes me wonder about it though. After all, he didn’t appear to be evil from the complete start to me. Troubled, but not necessarily evil. I can’t forget when Dan died in Tsunade’s arms, how Orochimaru was crying. That was empathy. That was a form of love. That was a gasp from the goodness inside of Orochimaru. So I can’t help but wonder what changed since then. How was it that Orochimaru could go from crying over the death of a comrade to celebrating the death of his master? To trying to kill the same people he grew up with? Well, today, I wanna look at Orochimaru in a whole new light. I want to see what would happen if Hiruzen took a more proactive step in Orochimaru’s life after the death of his parents, to see if maybe he could help Orochimaru heal from the ordeal in hopes that maybe it’ll alter who he grows up to be…

Naruto is synonymous with the Nine-Tails. From his birth all the way up to Boruto, Naruto has been synonymous with the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox. Even after it was removed from him in Boruto, it’s still synonymous with him. But the truth is, for a long time, all the villagers ever saw him as was the Demon Fox itself. And because of that, they hated him. But what if Naruto actually was the Nine-Tails? What if Naruto were the Nine-Tailed Beast? Well, why don’t we take a look to see? Join me and gaze upon the moon as I cast another Infinite Tsukuyomi and create for you a new world. A world where this possibility comes true.

In the last episode, we saw Itachi driven to make a hard choice. Sasuke was sick and dying of an unknown illness with no known cure. Sniffing out the desperation like the opportunistic bloodhound he was, Danzo appeared and offered a way out. Offering to give him the cure to the illness his little brother possessed in exchange for doing the dirty work of getting rid of the Uchiha and Shisui. Itachi, unable to bear the thought of losing his brother, did as commanded, and killed each of the Uchiha and delivered the Mangekyo Sharingan to Danzo as promised. But Danzo double-crossed Itachi, attempting to kill him along with Sasuke. It became clear all along that there never was a cure, and Itachi had just stained his very soul for nothing. As he fled though, the Masked Man who had helped him offered him a bit of advice, telling him that a brilliant scientist stood among the Akatsuki of the name Orochimaru. Orochimaru could possibly find the cure if such a thing existed. But there would be a steep cost. What would it be? And would Itachi be willing to pay it?

You know what a fox is? A dog! You know who does dogs? The Inuzuka clan! Alright, well, maybe that’s an oversimplification. Technically, foxes aren’t even dogs. They’re in a different family. But the families are close. Essentially, I wanna consider a world where Naruto is adopted by the Inuzuka Clan. The Inuzuka are all hotblooded and wild like a pack of dogs, but just like dogs, they do form a pack. And that pack is their clan. Packs can be tightly bound, with strangers often not being included or welcomed, especially when resources are scarce. But that being said, the Inuzuka clan are doing well and are in a resource-rich environment, so why WOULDN’T they be willing to take in an outsider? That’s what I want to look at today. What if Naruto were an Inuzuka. Please turn your gaze toward the moon as I reflect my Sharingan upon it and show you such a world.

Naruto and Sasuke hhave been two sides of the coin since birth. Considering that they both inherited the will of Hashirama and Madara, who in turn inherited the wills of Asura and Indra, these two were born to be the embodiment of the Will of Fire and the Curse of Hatred. But the thing that bonded the Will of Fire together with the Curse of Hatred is the origin of Chakra itself, the origin of their struggle, and the thing that has always cropped up as the ultimate power for these two since the beginning, and that’s the Tailed Beasts. What started with the Ten-Tails Six Paths Power 1000 years ago, continued into the Tailed Beasts that Madara and Hashirama BOTH began gathering. Like, Hashirama has no clue that he LITERALLY did Madara’s job for him and was an inch away from creating the next Ten-Tails Jinchuriki. But anyway, after that, Naruto is born and takes the Nine-Tails, but throughout the story, Madara’s pawns are still searching for the Tailed Beasts, and in the end, Naruto must battle Sasuke who himself is powering his Susanoo with the power of all Nine-Beasts, essentially becoming a Pseudo-Ten Tails Jinchuriki himself. So to say that Tailed Beasts are the metal that Naruto and Sasuke are stamped on to make the coin in the first place is an understatement. But all the same, only Naruto had one from birth. I wonder what would have happened if Sasuke ALSO had the Nine-Tails. I mean, it’s possible. Minato had half of it. So why not give that half to Sasuke and see what happens? Yeah, that’s what we’ll do. Sit right back and gaze once again into the moon and let my Rinnesharingan cast upon you a dream; a dream of a world where this might have occurred…

I’m sure you’ve all been eagerly awaiting the second part of this one, huh? Probably thought we would never drop it. Well, egg on your face, I’m trying to remember to finish more stories now than I have been. Are you proud yet? Well, enough about me. The story of Naruto being raised by the three sannin was something I enjoyed writing. A little slice of life video, more like a comedy than anything. My favorite part to this has to be Orochimaru, so hopefully I can sneak in a couple more golden scenes with that. But anyway, if you missed the previous video, I’m sure we have it linked somewhere around here. For those of you who’ve already seen it though, let’s begin. But first…

Of the many powers within the Naruto universe, I have to say that one of my favorites has got to be Sage Mode. Sage Mode involves the user sitting down and focusing, drawing nature energy in to balance with your own energy to increase your strength and add a new layer of depth to your ninjutsu. While I love dojutsu, I’m a sucker for senjutsu. Not to mention that Sage Mode does grant the user a new appearance in their eye, such as is the case with Toad Style Sage Mode. But what if Naruto himself were born a sage? That is to say, what if the connection to nature itself were so powerful that he were in continual state of perfected Sage Mode? Well, that’s what we’re going to find out.

Let’s go ahead and address the elephant in the room. Yes, I did in fact do this one before. However, the last time I did this one, it was a part of a larger expansive plot, and many of you (By which I mean no small number) made it clear that you were disappointed in it. At that point, I began to realize how I had totally forgotten the point of the video in the first place. And so, to make it up to you, I decided to use this concept for a NEW video! Recently, I got to see a movie that I’m sure a lot of you have already seen called “Hacksaw Ridge”. It’s an inspiring story about a Christian man named Desmond Doss who, due to his beliefs, and his own personal decisions, decided to join the military during World War II, but also refused to carry a gun at all. He believed that while the world was tearing itself apart, it couldn’t be a bad thing to try to put a little bit of it back together again. It was an amazing story, and as I’m sure you know, I immediately began to wonder what it would be like if Naruto were like that. What if Naruto were more serious about killing, refusing to take a life so long as he had a choice? Would he still fight? Yes. But what if the idea of taking a life were just WAY too much for him? What if he just couldn’t take lives? We know Naruto has killed and/or lead to the death of many people in his time as a Shinobi; in most cases he tries to hit them with the Talk no Jutsu. But what if the only real jutsu he ever allowed himself to use were Talk no Jutsu? What if Naruto decided to try and put the Shinobi World back together again with his words and kindness as opposed to a weapon? That’s what I want to figure out today. What if Naruto refused to kill? I hope you’ll join me as we take all of Naruto’s protag vibes and turn it up to 11. But before we begin… *** FOLLOW ME

We all want to be a hero in one way or another. But only some of us have the wherewithall to really go for it! This is especially true of Koichi Haimawari, who wanted to do good so badly that he took up vigilante justice using his less-than-impressive quirk! With some help from other vigilantes, and new friends he makes with some newfound confidence, this dude levels up like crazy! So much so, that he catches the ire of a horrifying villain. Let’s take a look at Nice Guy (AKA The Crawler, AKA THE CRULLER), and what his life was like.

Having just rewatched the first part of this What-if to refresh my memory, I couldn’t help but let out a good number of chuckles. The baby stuff was hilarious and Hashirama shouting out “deadass” just had me rolling. But anyway, as promised, here is another part 2 for you! What if Hashirama Were Reborn as Naruto? For those who don’t remember and don’t feel like rewatching the past episode (Though honestly you should), Hashirama was reborn into the body of Naruto where he kinda enjoyed being babied a little too much. But now he’s a bit older and attending school. With his shinobi’s mind full of wisdom and experience, he pretty much cut through the lies Hiruzen’s been feeding him and discovered his true nature as the Nine-Tails jinchuriki. Hiruzen cautioned Hashirama against trying to tame the Nine-Tails on his own, saying he needed to be properly educated by a specially chosen teacher. And that’s where we pick up from here. Sit right back and grab some MORE wood for carving, let’s do this. But first…

What If Toneri Were On Team 7?Toneri Otsutsuki is a cool character. I sometimes think he’s a little underrated. His dojutsu doesn’t get enough love, but then again, to be fair, it had no foreshadowing and just showed up once and never again, seemingly only to be replaced by the concept of Jogan in Boruto. Maybe Boruto will bridge the gap between the two eyes? I don’t know. But one thing is for certain, I wish we could have seen more of him and his Tenseigan. And so, as I was thinking about how much I wish I could see more of Toneri’s cool eyeballs, I thought… why not add him to Team 7? Introduce him a little earlier. And so, now we have that story coming straight to your TV… or computer… or phone… or whatever you’re watching this on. So, sit right back and grab your favorite scarf, let’s get started. What If Naruto Got A Little Justice?There I was, sitting on the couch with my sister, having an evolving conversation that somehow spanned Rockstar Game (In particular, about Red Dead, and GTA’s Roasting of Franklin) before somehow moving onto Naruto and how crappy Naruto was treated by Hiruzen. Don’t ask how this happened, my sister and I just have some REALLY crazy conversations. The kind that end up falling down the rabbit hole and getting farted into Wonderland. It ended up about how Lamar might roast Hiruzen, and in that case… I changed Lamar to the Shinigami and changed the elements within the roast to Naruto related stuff and… well… that’s how this idea came to be. I questioned how to title it, and at one point I wanted to call this “What if the Shinigami HATED Hiruzen, but I thought that might focus a little too much how these things happened to Hiruzen as opposed to WHY these things happened. And so, the title is what it says. Frankly, I haven't even told you yet what I plan to do with Hiruzen, and y’know what? I think that’s pretty okay. It gives you a reason to stick around and will keep you surprised. Get your powdered wig and your gavels, time to give Naruto a little justice. But first
