But we must constantly be reminded that GOD is always with us in them, will walk us through them, and guide us out of them (if we will just trust HIM). And I can attest that sometimes that’s easier said than done, due to some situations that come along and hit us so hard that it makes us take our focus off of GOD and onto it. Because although we walk by faith, we are not blind to our surroundings or immune to what’s occurring in our daily lives. Let me put it like this, as Christians, we don’t or shouldn’t attempt to live in an imaginary place or a fantasy land -- we are real people, with real issues, with real problems that serve a real GOD. HE is aware of our daily struggles. But what differentiates us from others is that we have a FATHER that has given us promises to all of the issues, problems, struggles, and situations we find ourselves in. Wednesday has come around again, and we are delighted to be here with you to share a message. What I’ve discovered on my Christian Journey is that everything that we encountered on our journey will work for our good in the end. As a Christian, we are all called and commissioned to stand up for the less fortunate, injustices, what’s right, against evil speech and deeds to others. So, in light of the recent attacks on the people and the city of Baltimore, which was and is despicable and devilish. We must call out the wrong (the one attacking or slandering), stand up for the attacked, (the people of Baltimore) and speak out against the enemy when he (regardless of who they are democratic or republican) crosses the line and teachings of JESUS. Spoke in James 4:11, and other scripture, GOD didn’t call or equip us to slander the less fortunate, HE called us to help them.This kind of slanderous attack on others and labeling of a city reminds me of what Nathaniel said about Nazareth, nothing good came from there. Understand this is the city that JESUS came from. So, to hear the slanderous rhetoric stirred towards an American city and its people, in essence, saying nothing good is in Baltimore, nothing good about Baltimore or nothing good comes from Baltimore, can I say you’re mistaken, mister. You may have your say (as wrong, ill-informed, or disillusioned, as it may be) but know this, my GOD has the final say about all things, including the people and city of Baltimore. And allow me to say this loud and clear “Where You’re From (Isn’t Important to GOD)”, because HE can take anyone from anywhere and do anything HE desires (great) to them and thru them. It’s Wednesday, and as we conclude our Gumbo Faith series, we would be remiss not to address the questions many Christians have asked us -- not just the new ones but the mature in CHRIST as well. And although to some the questions would seem to be ones that we all would believe are simple and really don’t need to be asked, I believe that is the mistake that I see many Christians make -- not asking the questions that seem to be simple. Can I say there is nothing simple about your Christian Journey. Because each step forward within it takes you to a level that you’ve never been, experienced or walked before. Thus, understand each new level you climb brings about new devils, new challenges, and sometimes new questions. So, with that being said, what I’ve discovered within the body of CHRIST, is this, believers have become more and more judgmental of other Christians as opposed to being more helpful towards one another as it pertains to asking questions about their faith walk that they are less knowledgeable about. Therefore, the question goes unasked and unanswered, and people continue to take on a “fake it till you make” mentality with their faith walks.So, I say if you have a question about anything pertaining to GOD, or your faith walk, don’t ever let a devil stop you from asking what you don’t know. Amen! It’s Wednesday, again, and as we near the end of our Gumbo Faith Series we have been blessed with another installment for you. In today’s message, “The To The Cross Faith of JESUS" https://youtu.be/HtLBxK8EH3A, we will see that everything HE asked of the biblical figures in the past installments of this series to go through in faith, HE went through HIMSELF in route to The Cross. So, I say to each of you, know whatever GOD is asking you to go through, or whatever you find yourself in right now, as you’re on your Christian Journey, JESUS has already gone through it. Remember, Scripture reminds us “For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are —yet he did not sin."-- Hebrews 4:15. But also, be reminded that “Although HE was the Son of GOD, HE (JESUS) learned obedience through the things HE suffered.” --Hebrews 5:8. So, understand there will be times on your journey you will experience some suffering but be encouraged and know you also have the victory in CHRIST JESUS if you continue on your journey in faith. Amen!! It’s Wednesday, again, and we have been blessed to share another message with you. What I’ve discovered and want to share with you is this, just as you’re asked to endure in faith there will be times that you will have to fight and overcome things and people that stand in your way. Now when I say "fight" I am not speaking in the literal sense, where you will have to physically fight someone. I’m speaking in the spiritual (spiritual warfare), where you will be fighting on your knees in prayer, walking through adversity, and hinderance in faith. Can I say this to you, as Christians we have an adversary, Satan, that will attack, harass, attempt to cause confusion, chaos and sometimes will send out a giant to attempt to defeat and destroy you. Now understand giants come in many forms and each one that he sends to attack you is specific to you.And what’s even greater is that HE has armed and equipped you to defeat any devil, overcome any obstacle, and kill any giant that is placed in your path. Amen! It’s Wednesday, again, and This week’s installment of the Gumbo Faith series is “The Fiery Faith (Of The Hebrew Boys)” https://youtu.be/YtRekArw21g -- we want to shift direction in our message from the prior two weeks where you heard messages of two types of faiths that do nothing to elevate you, but in essence, what they come to do is deflate you -- bringing forth words and thoughts of; I can't do it, I don’t believe it, or it won’t happen for me; to someone who’s faith was/is in stark contrast to those last two biblical figure’s faith or should we say lack of faith. We want to speak about those who were on fire for GOD. They displayed that they believed HE exists, as well as, what HE’s able to do in their lives. These biblical figures were full of faith and belief; no unbelief found anywhere in their words, thoughts, actions, or spirits. We pray that you are just as excited and blessed as we are to see another Wonderful Wednesday. Again, we are thankful that we have been given another message as part of our Gumbo Faith Series and we hope that it meets you where you are. So today we want to take a look at “The Seeing is Believing Faith (Of Didymus aka Doubting Thomas) -- https://youtu.be/tQaq-dhTE9Q --this biblical figure, although having seen, witnessed and experienced the power of JESUS up close and personal, still doubted HIS power. When this biblical figure was informed that the ultimate miracle had taken place, JESUS rising from the dead, instead of the expected excitement and celebration at such great news, he responded with skepticism and disbelief. Do you know some of the worst things you can do in your faith walk is have skepticism, disbelief, and doubt about what GOD is capable of doing. My bible says, “All things are possible for one who believes" (Mark 9:23), as well as “with GOD all things are possible" (Matthew 19:26). In this week Installment of Gumbo Faith, we will be talking about “The Certainly We Can Faith (Of Caleb)” https://youtu.be/ojKnVmtcYBk --allow me to remind you that GOD is a living GOD, ever-present and always knows what’s needed and what’s best for all of us at all times. So, with that thought in mind, can I say wherever you find yourself or whatever you’re going through today GOD is still with you. This week I have spoken to many people that find themselves facing many uncertainties in their lives. And trust me I understand. But what I’ve discovered is this; when all the odds seem to be against you, there seems to be no clear path to what GOD has promised you and there are larger than life obstacles standing in front of you hindering your movements towards your promise-- understand it’s moments like this you have to look past the obstacles blocking you, the hindrances standing in front you, and have that Certainly We Can Faith (Of Caleb). Therefore, knowing with certainty that if GOD promised it to you, HE will deliver on HIS part of the promise (Remember HE can do all things except lie and fail). HIS part of the promise to you is certain, you have to make your part of your promise certain, too. It’s time for a new installment of the “Gumbo Faith Series (It’s not where faith starts)”. This week we will be taking a look at the “The Fleeing Faith (of Jonah)” It’s time for a new installment of the “Gumbo Faith Series (It’s not where faith starts)”. This week we will be taking a look at the “The Fleeing Faith (of Jonah)” --Do you know many times in our lives, or at least at some point in our lives, we all have found ourselves fleeing from something, somewhere or someone? It could be you are fleeing from a bad relationship, a situation, or an assignment from GOD (add your own fleeing circumstance). We all, if we are honest, have fled from a situation or circumstances that we deemed necessary to flee from. We aren’t questioning the veracity of it; we are just bringing it to light that we all have found ourselves in flight mode at one time or another in our lives. But what I’ve discovered is this-- the worst thing one can do is flee from GOD, fleeing from HIS assignment, HIS command or just from HIS presence. Can I say fleeing from GOD will take you down paths and roads GOD never intended for you to go down or travel on and aren’t places you ever thought you’d be. Simply stated fleeing from GOD can/will take you places you don’t want to go, keep you there longer than you want to stay and cost you more than you want to pay. We pray that this reaches and meets you right where you are, knowing that many are dealing with this very faith topic. We are here to share a Word with you that we pray will bring blessings into your life. Do you know there comes a point in all of our Christian Journey that playing it safe (in our faith) is not enough and is not what GOD needs from us? There’s going to come a point in our Journey that HE will require more (faith) from us. HE will ask us to step out of the boat like Peter, go to the King like Esther, or stand in faith like Daniel in the Lion’s Den. Understand all of these aforementioned people operated and stood in faith outside of their comfort zones and controlled environments when the time presented itself. This series provides a peek into and at the arrays of faiths and faith flaws of the Biblical Figures we read about in the Bible. Yes, faith flaws! As we hope to show you in this series, not all of the Biblical Figures had perfect faith walks, there were some flaws, failures and hiccups in their faith walks. Just as you and I don’t always show perfect faith nor are our faith walks perfect. But as the title of this series reminds us “It's Not Where Your Faith Starts” the most important part of your walk is where it is going (forward not backward) and how it finishes. Amen!

I know there are times in our Christian Journey that you feel like throwing in the towel. Where things get hard, troubles around every corner, the enemy’s attack and trials seem to always find your address. And yes it can be difficult to keep your faith in times like this. But just know GOD has not forgotten about you, if you hold on a little while longer, HE will show up and show out on your behalf!

Scripture says GOD inhabits the praises of HIS people. It doesn’t give us a specific time in which HE does. Therefore we should praise and thank GOD in all situations. Wether hungry or well feed, living in plenty or living in lack, when things are good or bad. We should praise and thank HIM in all situations and circumstances. Amen!

We have to be willing to allow GOD to move who HE wants in your life as well as remove from your life. Understand, HE removes people for our best wishes interest and for a greater purpose.

Sometimes it may seem like you can't get through tough obstacles in your life. But when you put your faith in GOD, he can move mountains no one else can. When you obey the word of GOD good things shall be rewarded to you.
