Welcome to a special episode of the show brought to you in partnership with Arlington Economic Development, where we discuss issues related to the workforce, the role of place in the future of work, and the role of the creative sector in a larger business context. Today we’re going to talk about the changing role of HR and how organizations need to ensure their talent acquisition and retention strategies take into account a broader scope and perspective than narrowly focusing on compliance. Instead, organizations who think of employee acquisition and retention in terms of how other areas of the organization have been thinking about customer acquisition and retention will set themselves up for success.
