In today's EVOX session I needed to release some pent-up emotions around overwhelm, frustration, self-pity, and more. I note how the last 2 weeks I think I have stepped a bit into an old pattern of playing the victim and feeling disempowered. However, by the end of the EVOX, I was able to shed that mindset and step into my power and autonomy again.
