I definitely got to the core of some deeply seeded subconscious emotions in this EVOX session. Buckle in for an episode filled with the analogies of my subconscious haha. In this EVOX session, I realized that the reason it is so hard for me to say no to myself when it comes to buying certain things is because of a well of repressed grief. This grief has kept me stuck in this pattern of overspending in order to soothe the sadness within. I also share how this grief is connected to the shame I previously felt around my money habits.
