Coming into this EVOX session, I knew that I had a fear of money. As the session progressed what came up was more than a fear of money, I had a fear of debt. In this session, I explore the experiences that may have contributed to this fear of debt and the limiting beliefs my subconscious had related to debt (for example, debt is shameful). Lastly, I identify how these limiting beliefs have translated into patterns of avoidance and disassociation when it comes to money and debt.
