In this EVOX session, I identified a paralyzing fear around the idea of "being invisible". I share how when thinking about "being invisible" I felt panicked, suffocated, and like I was drowning. In the episode, I discuss the possibility that this may be related to a family trauma I was unaware of, and the discussion I had with my mom about her near-death experience that seemed to connect many of the dots.
