Show Notes

The 7 team is off for Memorial Day so we're bringing you a conversation our colleague Elahe Izadi had recently that we've been thinking about a lot. It digs into how to manage what we can't control as the world can feel increasingly uncertain.

Elahe sat down with Tara Brach, a therapist with a PhD in clinical psychology who has also spent years studying Buddhism and mindfulness. Tara teaches meditation, and she’s written several books including one called “Radical Acceptance: Embracing Your Life With the Heart of a Buddha.”
