Show Notes

It's time to break the cycle of unhealthy workplace relationships and strive for a better future. Our employees are human beings and not just problem children of human resources.

In this episode, we discuss the importance of treating employees with basic human decency and the power dynamic between bosses and employees. Employees need to stand up for themselves in a respectful manner and be very prepared to accept the consequences of their actions.  Too many bosses need to emphasize the importance of empathy and understanding towards their employees.

Because the significance of mutual respect and dignity in building strong relationships between bosses and employees can not be overlooked.
