Show Notes

Jim believes business is essentially an exchange of value between two people. Understanding and providing value to customers is crucial. Instead of solely focusing on making money, he advocates for building relationships based on common values and genuinely caring about the customers' needs.

By prioritizing purpose and value, businesses can create advocates out of their customers and establish long-lasting success. And we be both believe that money comes as a result of building trust, honesty, and authentic work, rather than solely focusing on financial gains.

Jim delves into having identifiable core values to help attract the right customers and employees who are aligned with the same values. He emphasized the importance of relationships and understanding that people seek to be seen, heard, loved, and appreciated. And you want to listen to the end to hear his great summary.
