HI! I’m Michele Cuffe. I am a Health and Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach.
I have had a passion for all things fitness for the past 25 years. After losing both my parents years ago to what I call “lifestyle disease” I became very interested in what makes up a human. Why are we getting sicker and why has our life expectancy not changed in 100 years?
Longevity experts agree we should all be living to 100 years before the disease starts. My “Happy Healthy Human” program gives you an action plan to take your health into your own hands. As human animals, we need to get back to some things we used to do!
