The title speaks for itself. Rules of Acquisition Pt2 (and final) is here, and Scopely has not disappointed in their ability to channel their inner Ferengi. Let's be clear, there are several potentially GOOD things this arc. I will reserve judgement until we're able to see more. But from right out the gate, there's a thing or two that is most certainly and clearly BAD. And one of them is that Scopely has quite literally enacted it's first TAX on the game as it pertains to raiding. Why was this done? What was the logic? Tonight, the wounds of RoA Pt 1 were reopened, salt poured in, and then rebandaged in sandpaper. HOWEVER, players found some shining moments this arc and we found time to discuss those as well. The feesha was obviously the big topic, and the perspectives battled on whether the ship was a f2p savior, or a colossal waste of time. Scopely's consideration for players during international crisis was applauded loudly, and week 3 modifications to events were praised. So, was this arc quite AS BAD as we originally may have thought?
