My guest today, Kathryn Garland, host of the Homespun podcast, has a passion to enhance everything from homesteading to parenting, and self-compassion to decor. As a teacher by trade, Kathryn is now a homeschooling mama to 4 amazing kiddos, a life-long learner and living the dream being a farmer’s wife and living in British Columbia, Canada. In addition to being a mom and a wife, Kathryn’s passion is teaching others the power of the home and the possibilities that come from a safe, grounded space which includes the physical dwelling as well as safety and groundedness in our relationships with others and ourselves!
