Shamra Martin and her husband transitioned to a gluten-free lifestyle after his diagnosis with Hashimoto's, only to discover the challenges of maintaining a truly gluten-free diet. Determined to find a better solution, Shamra began exploring alternatives, which led her to freshly milled flour. In addition, Shamra's own health journey has also been greatly impacted. As someone managing diabetes, Shamra has also experienced improvements in her A1C levels.
