Time well spent is time spent on good things. Art and culture creation are abundant in opportunities for good things to occur but the pace of culture change as a result is slower than we expect and it matches the pace of show business, which is “hurry up and wait.” We’ll reach the goal of culture change by knowing this truth while plotting ahead with a purpose and accepting that the journey is long because the journey is your life.
