Show Notes

Mirror neurons are a type of neuron that fire when a person performs a motor act and also when they observe another person performing the same or similar act. Mirror neuron activity is observable earlier than 12 months old. They've shed a lot of light on human social interaction.

We are social creatures. We mirror what we experience or what we see others experience. If we are constantly watching people argue, name call, or attack each other, we feel the same sense of anger, resentment, irrational emotional instability that we witness in others.
