The Adam Kay of mental healthcare, Dr Benji Waterhouse is a front-line NHS doctor specialising in psychiatry, as well as an award-winning stand-up comedian. In this episode, he opens the doors to the psychiatric ward and shares if you need to be “mad” to work there.
