<p>Episode 5 - In a shocking turn of events, Warren Forrest isn’t charged for his crimes against Norma, and he is found not guilty by reason of insanity for his crimes against "Susan." Forrest is committed to Western State Mental Hospital in January 1975. A few weeks after his arrival, a fellow Western State patient, Karen Wiles, is found murdered nearby. Despite her murder matching Warren Forrest’s MO, he isn't investigated as a person of interest. </p>
