This week is the exhale after the exorcism. Last week had us elbow-deep in our relationships doing the kind of emotional surgery that leaves you simultaneously lighter and needing to lie down for three days. We did that work. We went into the dark, uncomfortable, sticky parts of how we relate to other people and came out with something that actually feels like clarity instead of just exhaustion dressed up as growth.
So we're entering this week with genuine, hard-won optimism — not the fragile kind, the load-bearing kind. The kind you can actually build on because it survived contact with reality.
