Mishaal Ashemimry started her own aerospace company at the age of 26, aiming to build the space industry in her home nation of Saudi Arabia. Now she works as a special adviser to the Saudi Space Commission, who recently sent their first female astronaut into space on board the Axiom-2 mission. She is a keen promoter of women in the space industry, and is the President for diversity initiatives at the International Aeronautical Federation (IAF).
