They’re pretty well organized, and the whole point is they can be played in almost any order. You can download them all and set them to shuffle, or just pick out your favorites. Now this isn’t the session I’d wanted to release this week. It’s concert season, and over the weekend I was a little less careful with my voice than I should have been. Maybe you can’t tell, or maybe you’re being polite, or maybe my sound editor did a tonne of magic. I wanted to make sure anything meant for repeat listening sounded as good as it could. But I don’t mind recording this podcast intro sounding slightly scratchy, still. As I mentioned, this session opens with a new induction, a sort of overload induction that plays with your ability to feel sensations at my suggestion. This isn’t my most common induction, usually I like the conversational ones. But I did write to specifically be a Mind Control Fragment, so we can try it out together. In fact, as I mentioned, I wrote it specifically for the Patron (you know who you are) who doesn’t get on at all with the usual progressive relaxation inductions. Now I have nothing against relaxation inductions. I know that they’re fantastic for a lot of people. I use them differently to the vast majority of other hypnotists out there; I like to maintain a faster rhythm to keep your mind engaged, mostly because in this scenario I can’t watch your reactions to know how you’re adapting. I do know, however, from doing this in person many, many, many times, that the very slow pacing and progressive relaxation, it tends to not work for a lot of people. It’s so much easier when you’re simply talking to someone, or actively engaging their mind. Before I do get into the session, which is coming up, very, very soon, I’ve had some gifts arrive from the wishlist, including a coffee giftcard from B. But it will give you suggestions on possible coins that you might want to consider. The coin that you plan to keep, it needs to have a heads and tails. It needs to be memorable in some way. You don’t want to go off losing it in the change jar, right? And dear, you don’t want to lose it at all. You can consider it to be a small test of obedience. The coin before… and yes there is a much older version of this session. So I’ve also been mulling over a series of emails with R. Now I realised due to this, that it is important for new listeners, and I know I’ve had quite a few people recently find me, that for you to understand that while my sessions include many different themes and scenarios, that I… Elswyth… I’m someone who believes that life is for pleasure and happiness. And while we can’t be happy all of the time, we can welcome that feeling most of the time. We can be in the present and say “yeah, this is damn good” and not constantly borrowing trouble from the past or future. Now you may think I’m just saying that because I’ve had quite a few days in the sun. But even with that, I didn’t go off to some high end luxury resort, or anything on that nature. I… I picked a few things that were important to me, and actually went to a very… don’t wanna say cheap. Let’s say undervalued, an undervalued location to enjoy it. One of my highlights is going to this café that was along the water, and it had this gorgeous balcony available.. And just sitting there, enjoying the water, enjoying the conversations of people around, and having a lot of nothing to do. That was really good, and recharging for me. Again, going to that undervalued location, also helps keeps things pretty cheap, and affordable. I will definitely, definitely go back again… it was good for my soul! Anyway, yeah… I do think that we can find happiness, and while it’s easy to fall into that consumerism thing, that we always need more of things to be happy, we actually really don’t, for a lot of us… you just have to recognize what it is that is making you happy. Oh my goodness, I do swear that the session today has a lot of good, yummy, lustful, sexy things in it… so don’t be like, turned off that we’ve somehow fallen into self-help. I’m just mostly saying even as a Femdom Mistress, I’m very much a masochist at times. I do overall just want people to be happy, and for people to recognize the things that make them happy. Like the topic of SPH… right, if you don’t know what SPH is, it’s Small Penis Humiliation. Ummm… most people who dabble in that, it isn’t because they actually want to feel miserable. It just gets them off. And if you recognize that this particular thing is something that just gets you off, well, it’s creating happiness. Isn’t it? And if you can’t be good to them, work out why that is and you know… what needs to change.
