This week we're joined by Charese Josie. Charese L. Josie is a leadership consultant and licensed clinical social worker. Charese began working with high-achieving women leaders after realizing that leadership requires emotional awareness in addition to a skillset. Charese is the founder of CJ Counseling and Consulting Services which provides individual counseling, women’s wellness workshops and consulting services to leaders. She strives to teach leaders to trust themselves and decrease self-induced and systemic pressures to improve their personal and professional relationships. Charese has been featured in media outlets such as Cosmopolitan, The Lily, The Washington Post, Up Journey, SHAPE and BestLife Online. Also, she has been featured on business talk radio and several podcasts.
