As many of you know, Michigan hip-hop holds a special place in our hearts here at Southern Vangard - the impact it’s had on hip-hop in the early days through today is profound. Doe also happens to be married to a Michigander - go figure. Anywho, we got hip to Grand Rapids native Sixman at the top of 2018 and played a few joints on the mix show, and had him kick things off at our #WeAreTheGard A3C showcase with Speakeasy Promotions this year. Turns out he dropped a brand new project around the same time called “The Last King,” produced entirely by DJ Supa Dave.
