In this episode, Alpha Koroma Jr., the founder and CEO of Out the Mud, shares his amazing story of how he went from being an athlete to a music industry leader. Growing up in New Jersey, Alpha loved both sports and music. He eventually got into music production and started helping artists grow their careers. He talks about his journey from playing college sports to serving in the Marine Corps, and then starting his own company, Out the Mud, which helps artists with their music, management, and recording. Alpha also explains how African music is becoming popular worldwide and bringing different cultures together. Plus, he shares his work with 13 Entertainment (13E) and the A3PEX Foundation and gives great advice about the importance of hard work, learning, and teamwork in the music business.
