Ep 264#213 - Why Should We Care About Men’s Mental Health?
ESolo episode of Something For Everybody. I discuss and breakdown men’s mental health and masculinity. Big Takeaways: Boys and men are facing a mental health crisis, and their struggles need more attention and support. Taking responsibility for mental health involves addressing unhealed trauma, identifying feelings, and setting boundaries. Toxic masculinity is a harmful concept that undermines efforts to support men's mental health and should be replaced with a positive understanding of masculinity. - Sponsors: AMARE GLOBAL: The Mental Wellness Company - get $10 off your next order - https://www.amare.com/155249/en-us/ (use code: EVERYBODY) Get 10% discount on all For Everybody products at https://shopforeverybody.com/ (use code: SFE10) Get 10% off Jocko Fuel at https://store.jockofuel.com/ (use code EVERYBODY) - Extra Stuff: Check out my mental health non-profit, YouAreLoved: https://youarelovedlife.com/ Subscribe to my newsletter: https://aaronmachbitz.com/ Something For Everybody Merchandise → https://shopforeverybody.com/collections/somethingforeverybody - To support me on Patreon (thank you): https://www.patreon.com/AaronMachbitz (Recorded on December 13th, 2023) Edited by Ben Rogerson (@BenRogerson_) Intro music by Residual Audio (Residualaudio.com) - Get in touch: iG: https://www.instagram.com/AaronMachbitz Twitter: https://twitter.com/AaronMachbitz Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/AMachbitz/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@AaronMachbitz Email: https://www.aaronmachbitz.com/contact/

Ep 257#210 - Melissa Hiemann - Are You Ready To Heal Yourself & Others?
EMelissa, along with her partner Ryan run a multimillion-dollar training business which they started together back in 2016. They started their journeys by overcoming addictions and mental health issues, away from the mainstream methods, and ended up creating their own programs, which were highly successful and helped people finally overcome their unhelpful patterns, behaviors and thoughts. They had a son in 2018, and wanted more work/life balance, so they transitioned to training other practitioners on how to create a safe space for transformation with their clients. The methods that they have created are groundbreaking and have qualified therapists and students from all over the world, many who now have their own businesses offering very fulfilling work. The certifications and trainings can all be found under their company, The Centre for Healing. - Sponsors: AMARE GLOBAL: The Mental Wellness Company - get $10 off your next order - https://www.amare.com/155249/en-us/ (use code: EVERYBODY) Get 10% discount on all For Everybody products at https://shopforeverybody.com/ (use code: SFE10) Get 10% off Jocko Fuel at https://store.jockofuel.com/ (use code EVERYBODY) - Extra Stuff: Free Trainings: https://thecentreforhealing.com/free-courses Follow Melissa on iG: https://www.instagram.com/lifechangertrainer/ The Centre for Healing: https://www.thecentreforhealing.com/ - Check out my mental health non-profit, YouAreLoved: https://youarelovedlife.com/ Subscribe to my newsletter: https://aaronmachbitz.com/ Something For Everybody Merchandise → https://shopforeverybody.com/collections/somethingforeverybody - To support me on Patreon (thank you): https://www.patreon.com/AaronMachbitz (Recorded on November 20th, 2023) Edited by Ben Rogerson (@BenRogerson_) Intro music by Residual Audio (Residualaudio.com) - Get in touch: iG: https://www.instagram.com/AaronMachbitz Twitter: https://twitter.com/AaronMachbitz Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/AMachbitz/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@AaronMachbitz Email: https://www.aaronmachbitz.com/contact/
