Raising children in today’s society has lots of opportunities and challenges. In this episode, we explore the ones that are specific to raising girls. This is an exciting time to be a woman, and there are many things we can do as parents to help our girls truly embrace the gifts this time in history offers us while rejecting the limiting messages that are simultaneously given to girls.
We address topics like body image, power, and joy. We all have such an incredible opportunity for influence for the girls in our lives, and the ideas we delve into this episode will hopefully spark a dialogue for you. We can all do better.
