We loved this melting pot of rapid fire questions from all of you! Remember to leave a review with any questions you’d like us to answer. In this episode, we answer a bunch of different questions on a wide variety of topics that apply to many parents out there.
We talk about our own bedtime routines (aside from our children—we need good sleep too!), what to do when your child is having a dispute at the park playground, and teaching a love of poetry to our kids. We also share a bit about creating an affirmations routine with your kids, and we explore the idea of not projecting our own needs onto our children, along with other topics.
