Show Notes

Have you ever heard about someone succeeding, and instead of feeling happy for them, you felt slightly nauseous like you ate something rotten? Maybe you even felt like you wished they would trip a bit over their success? Jealousy is an incredibly unpleasant emotion, and yet it’s a common human experience. In a world where we see the best of everyone’s lives on the internet, how can we navigate the inherent comparisons? Is there any gift we can glean from feeling jealous?

In this episode, we wrestle with these ideas and walk you through how to recognize jealousy, allow it to point us to clarity of things you desire (or maybe by questioning it, you realize things you don’t want after all), and then how to move past it to living authentic to yourself. We also talk about how to perhaps get to the point where you can experience genuine happiness for others’ successes. Just maybe;).
