Many of us live our whole lives with this nagging feeling like there is something wrong with us. Somehow, others are more worthy, have it more together, or understand something about life that we don’t. Tara Brach, author, therapist, and teacher, calls this constant undercurrent of disillusion the trance of unworthiness.
In this episode, we discuss her book, Radical Acceptance, and explore the antidotes she offers to this trance. It is possible to live from a place of accepting reality without judgment. This is a place of recognition, nurturing, and mindfulness.

Finally friends
Motherhood can feel really lonely sometimes. Don’t get me wrong, I love and appreciate my real life friends. But this podcast makes me feel like I am not alone. I finally have “friends” that feel the same way about motherhood, goals, and different aspects of my life. I feel like I can have conversations with these gals for hours because I feel like they got it. They feel how I feel.
