Show Notes
Dr. Thomas Lickona is a developmental psychologist and the founding director of the Center for the 4th and 5th R’s (Respect and Responsibility). In this episode, we explore his book, How to Raise Kind Kids, and discuss the benefits of being kind (it actually increases our happiness as well), and how to teach our children to be kind to themselves and others. Kindness is connected to character and respect, and there are lots of things we can do to model for our children.
