Show Notes
A continuous field of pure green noise, paired with a gentle bilateral pulse inspired by EMDR-style stimulation.
The noise provides steady sound masking, while the slow, alternating pulse introduces a subtle sense of movement designed to support deep rest and nighttime calm. Nothing sharp, nothing intrusive — just a stable sonic environment that allows the nervous system to settle naturally.
This is an extended sleep-tuned version of the Green Noise track from the EMDR Focus Noise EP. The pulse is intentionally very subtle: perceptible on headphones for a fuller spatial experience, but gentle enough that the soundscape can also be enjoyed comfortably through speakers.
Created for sleep, wind-down, and overnight listening.
