I release all worries and stress from mind and body. 


I am safe and secure in this moment. 


My mind is calm and clear.

I trust in my ability to fall asleep easily.  


I surrender to the peaceful stillness of the night. 


I am grateful for this time to rest and rejuvenate.

I let go of any tension in my body and allow myself to relax completely. 


I deserve a peaceful and restful sleep. 


My thoughts are positive and uplifting.

I am surrounded by a loving and protective energy as I sleep.


I trust in the natural process of sleep to restore and heal my body and mind.


I am at peace with myself and the world around me.

I release any negative thoughts or emotions that may keep me from sleeping soundly.


My breath is slow, deep, and relaxing.


I trust that my body knows how to take care of itself.

I am surrounded by a calming and peaceful energy.


I am filled with gratitude for this opportunity to rest and recharge.


I allow myself to let go of any worries or concerns and trust that they will be resolved in due time.

I am grateful for the gift of sleep and the healing it brings to my mind and body.


I am surrounded by a sense of safety and comfort.


My mind and body are in harmony with one another.

I trust in the natural rhythms of life, including the cycle of sleep and wakefulness.


I am surrounded by a supportive and loving energy that helps me sleep peacefully.


I allow myself to sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.

I am filled with gratitude for the love and support in my life.


My mind is clear and focused on positive thoughts.


I am worthy of a peaceful and restful sleep.
