Go ahead and find your most comfortable position.

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale, let all the tension in your body begin to melt away.


PAUSE...

Feel your muscles soften,

Your shoulders drop,

And your body sink deeper into your bed.


PAUSE...

Take another slow breath in,

And this time, feel the cool air traveling through you,

Sweeping away any leftover thoughts or worries from the day.

As you exhale, let them all drift away, far beyond reach.
