It is like a massage for your mind and body - allowing for a complete nervous system reset, as you drift into a deep and relaxing night of sleep. The guided Yoga Nidra meditation lasts approximately 30 minutes, followed by another approximately 30 minutes of calming sleep music, in order to help you more peacefully and easily drift off to sleep.
