I'm sharing this Hurricane Stress Meditation I wrote this morning as my husband and I are in the throes of preparing for Hurricane Milton, which is supposed to hit my home of Tampa Bay directly as of now.
It is so easy to let fear overtake us, so I hope that this meditation will help you find calm while honoring the storm happening inside of you and remind you to anchor into your true self...who will always guide you on what to do.
