Casa Nuova was founded by Maria and her late husband, Antonio "Tony" Fundora. Tony was also known for opening the Atlanta institution, Alfredo's. Casa Nuova proudly continues Tony's legacy by serving the same beloved dishes crafted from the timeless recipes of Alfredo's. Skye and Maria have a heart-to-heart about food bringing people together, the importance of high quality ingredients and the communities that are built around restaurants.
