Originally from Bogotá, Colombia Juan studied culinary arts before sharpening his skills in the Michelin-starred kitchens of Spain and San Francisco. After helping launch multiple award-winning restaurants, he’s bringing serious flavor to Rosa in Virginia Highland.
At Rosa, Juan crafts regional Mexican dishes and lesser-known specialties that showcase the cuisine's true breadth and diversity. And everything on the menu is now gluten free!
