It’s a whole new year full of tons of new possibilities. It’s easy to be overwhelmed trying to figure out your plan, goals and strategic moves for the new year. We are certainly here to help. As a matter of fact we’re going through that process right now. In this episode, we discuss goals that were met in 2024 and others that were challenges. How it’s important to recognize the progress you did make and not beat yourself up for not achieving the goals you set out to accomplish last year. Sometimes there are outside influences and other moving parts that don’t always fall in line with your timeline. It’s OK! Be proud of where you are and what you did accomplish and build on that this year. Once you’ve taken a look back to see where you are today, then you can build out where you would like to be a year from now. When we started the podcast we had one intention, to provide great content that will be beneficial to our listeners. We feel we have done that. Now it’s time to move the needle in terms of our listenership and profitability. So, with that said, we are getting super focused this year and concentrating on what we know best; leadership and real estate.
