Happy holidays from SHW - here is our official season recap for 2025. We go back to the bets we made during preseason testing and see who got it right with drivers and constructors. We also share some opinions on who impressed us and who disappointed us in 2025. We hand out our rookie "Dude of the Year" award, and we also spend a little time discussing the death of DRS and looking forward to changes in 2026.

What an annoying race weekend. Mandatory stint lengths, strategy blunders, and crappy racing. We unpack it all in our discussion of the penultimate race this F1 season. What an amazing treat we get this holiday season as the final two races will ultimately decide the driver's championship. After the McLaren double-DSQ, there is only 24 points separating 1st and 3rd. Kimi inherited a podium after qualifying 17th, Lewis fought hard for his points, but Aston Martin are looking like they might plummet to 8th or 9th in the constructors at this rate. The struggle to record a podcast in a hotel lobby with spotty internet access is a very real thing for Tom.
