In my opinion, after creating a beautiful, clean and comfortable holiday stay this is the second most important aspect of your guests stay.
Putting thought into how you can enhance or elevate their experience may be simple and easy items that you can add to your home, or you can go all out and arrange special deliveries or surprises.
Once your guests have booked their stay, your work has only just begun. What is it you are going to provide to ensure their stay is memorable. How can you enhance their stay?? How can you surprise and delight them? How can you ensure they return and that they tell their friends about your stay and give you an amazing review?
