This is an important question if you want to make this time count. In a year of heartbreak and loss, we still have the power to create joy and magical memories in alignment with our values.
When I sat down to think about what I want out of this season, I came up with this:
Health
Safety
Good Citizenship
Joy
Connection
Rest
Having identified this list, it was so much easier to make decisions around what is right and what is best for our family as we celebrate the holidays this year.
