We are going to go into a dark place and talk about trauma. I recently experienced trauma on vacation and it’s been a little difficult to come back from. Trauma and vacation do not go together!
Today we are going to talk about:
- It’s important to talk about what you experience
- I will always be a therapy advocate!
- If you don’t want to or don’t have someone to talk to there are other ways to get your feelings out about a traumatic experience
- Don’t be afraid of stepping out when you feel like staying in!
