Carmeanna has a wealth of knowledge, but it was this simple piece of advice that stuck out to me— "Understand what is the ideal state we want to get to and work back from there." In operations, at times, it's hard to know where to begin, but if you can articulate where we want to go, you'll have a north star to guide your efforts, resources, and time.
