I've taken things for granted...
This past weekend I went on a road trip to along the coast to Monterey! And I had some moments of realization that I've been taking things for granted this past quarter. With all things school, recruiting, content, and just trying to make it in life, I've definitely overlooked the value and importance of some of these things. I have taken them for granted, but now I want to make sure that I continue to show gratitude for these things.

I still feel guilty when resting...
So I'm on Spring Break, and I've been doing absolutely nothing for a couple of days... and for some reason I feel guilty for resting. The feelings have definitely not been as strong as before, but they started to trickle back, which is why I felt inclined to make this the podcast topic for the week. Anyways, I did a little dive into why we feel this way and how we can grow from it! Enjoy :)

Nobody tells you in your 20s...
Introspective thinking. Figuring stuff out in your 20s. This is purely a rant to serve as a little stress reliever about the things that I've been thinking about. Maybe you relate? Maybe you don't? That is okay, because that's the nature of the 20s.

I only listened to one song every morning this week...
And that song was "Ring My Bell" by Anita Ward. Known in casino folklore for granting too many wins, and actually banned from being played on the casino floors had me curious. How would it affect my week if I decided to listen to it too?

Neuroplasticity... I guess it's been happening this whole time...?
I recently came across this term neuroplasticity and got really intrigued by it. I guess this is the word that explains what I've been doing with my mindset shifts? Anyways, hope you learn something from this!

Just be unbothered...
I recently was sent this audiobook by one of my best friends on how to be unbothered and I thought to myself... wow I need to talk about this, spread it to the masses, and make a podcast. So I did lol. Give it a listen, I think you will enjoy!

You are more than just your company...
Recently I've had a lot of experiences where I feel like I'm back in high school during college application season. The overall similarities between the two is where values are placed in life, and how we define out identity. We are more than just the college we go to, or the company we are working at. So the next time you feel yourself slipping into this headspace, give this a quick listen.

Shedding Skin... and Fleeting People
My year in 2025 was filled with great opportunities, but also a lot of fleeting friendships and losing things that no longer served me. It was the year of the snake, so I guess it was only a matter of time when those things would happen, but now in 2026 I'm taking full charge towards my goals.

What the f*ck happened in the last 6 months...
So... things went down in the past 6 months and I'm here to give you an update on it. I have a story to share about my life, so sit down, give it a listen, and enjoy :)

S3 Ep 6Journaling, Meditation, and Artist's Way Week 4 Recap... Some best practices for you
This week we're combining a bunch of different topics because they are all pretty correlated to each other! As an avid journaling hater (before the Artist's Way) I never could get into the groove of actually sticking to journaling. Now, I write 3 pages every morning and it has been one of the best tools to help me with processing everything in life. I'm here to tell you all about, how it can help you, and why you should start journaling (or continue if you are already doing it)!

Artist's Way Week 3 Recap: Recovering a Sense of Power
This week the title speaks for itself. We're recovering a sense of power over ourselves because we are learning how to handle and deal with different habits that may be associated with negativity. Understanding how to deal with anger, criticism, and growth are all ways that we can reclaim our own power over ourselves.

S3 Ep 4Artist's Way Week 2 Recap: Recovering a Sense of Identity
We have made it to Week 2 of the Artist Way! It feels like it's been so long since Week 1 for some reason? This week I learned a lot about the self and was very introspective with the work that I did. The podcast covers everything that I learned in Week 2 starting from self-sabotage to surrounding yourself with the right people. Listen in on this interesting week of the Artist's Way!

S3 Ep 3Manifestation is a tool for success...
I truly believe that manifestation is a tool for success if you know how to use it for YOU. It can come in various different forms such as mood boards or music playlists. I talk more about my experience with manifestation and how I cater manifestation towards my own life. I've been doing this for 4 years now and I believe in this practice. Tune into this episode to learn more about how you can incorporate manifestation into your own life.

S3 Ep 2Artist's Way Week 1 Recap: Basic Principles
This is the first week in my creative journey and it has been interesting! I've learned a lot of new concepts, while also being reminded of things I've learned in the past. I can already see how powerful this book is and how I have changed me perspective on creating.

S3 Ep 1A new chapter for this podcast...
My next chapter for Searching For Silver Linings has started and I am excited to see where it takes me. I will be making VIDEO PODCASTS now and documenting some of my creative journey through my 20s. Hopefully this digital journal will serve you purpose so that you can join my journey as you go through yours because I'm creatively figuring it out...

S2 Ep 7Taste vs. Style
You have such great style... Your taste in fashion is so good! We've all heard this before, but what is the difference between the two? I've been very interested in the concepts of taste versus style so I researched (minimally lol) and put my thoughts here. I also talk about how we can develop our style and taste, and how I used fashion as a way for self-discovery. Tune in to hear more about these topics!

S2 Ep 6Failure... I am frustrated...
I will be so honest, I am frustrated! These past couple of months have been pretty alright, and although I am grateful for the small wins, I also want my efforts to be reciprocated more. In this podcast, I talk about failures and some of the ways that I have been changing my perspective on the way I view them. One thing that I will always remember is that a failure means you were willing to do something. Just the act of taking initiative itself should be celebrated. So the next time you feel a bit frustrated just remember some of your small successes in life!

S2 Ep 4The Model Minority Myth and Asian American History
During my first year in college I took a class that covered so many different topics from the literature studies and the arts, to Asian and African American studies. One unit that really stood out to me was the Asian American unit and I believe that the information I learned in that class was so valuable. So, I thought I would share some of my notes from the class on the topic of the model minority myth.

S2 Ep 5Creativity: A Brain Dump On This Topic
Let's talk about creativity. It's such a broad subject that we'll probably have to revisit it. But for now, enjoy!

S2 Ep 3Mindset: One the most powerful tools
Podcast Updates! I realized I'm too busy to make the graphics for these podcasts, so starting now they will be just be one word. This podcast topic encompasses the importance of having a powerful mindset and how I felt that manifest into my own life. Since high school, I feel like I developed many parts to myself thinking in the space of an entrepreneur to an athlete. These different mindsets that I have built a solid foundation for came to guide me through some of the challenges I faced in the past week. I believe that having a powerful mindset can be one of the best tools to really unlocking potential.

S2 Ep 2What does it mean to put yourself first?
In this episode I talk about what it means to put yourself first, and how that can often times be confused with being selfish. This is something that I made a while ago and took me a bit to get around to uploading it. Hope you enjoy!

S2 Ep 1Welcome Back...

With college applications around the corner, it is important to focus on yourself and find self-worth in your own achievements.
