I've taken things for granted...
This past weekend I went on a road trip to along the coast to Monterey! And I had some moments of realization that I've been taking things for granted this past quarter. With all things school, recruiting, content, and just trying to make it in life, I've definitely overlooked the value and importance of some of these things. I have taken them for granted, but now I want to make sure that I continue to show gratitude for these things.

I still feel guilty when resting...
So I'm on Spring Break, and I've been doing absolutely nothing for a couple of days... and for some reason I feel guilty for resting. The feelings have definitely not been as strong as before, but they started to trickle back, which is why I felt inclined to make this the podcast topic for the week. Anyways, I did a little dive into why we feel this way and how we can grow from it! Enjoy :)

Nobody tells you in your 20s...
Introspective thinking. Figuring stuff out in your 20s. This is purely a rant to serve as a little stress reliever about the things that I've been thinking about. Maybe you relate? Maybe you don't? That is okay, because that's the nature of the 20s.

I only listened to one song every morning this week...
And that song was "Ring My Bell" by Anita Ward. Known in casino folklore for granting too many wins, and actually banned from being played on the casino floors had me curious. How would it affect my week if I decided to listen to it too?

Neuroplasticity... I guess it's been happening this whole time...?
I recently came across this term neuroplasticity and got really intrigued by it. I guess this is the word that explains what I've been doing with my mindset shifts? Anyways, hope you learn something from this!

Just be unbothered...
I recently was sent this audiobook by one of my best friends on how to be unbothered and I thought to myself... wow I need to talk about this, spread it to the masses, and make a podcast. So I did lol. Give it a listen, I think you will enjoy!

You are more than just your company...
Recently I've had a lot of experiences where I feel like I'm back in high school during college application season. The overall similarities between the two is where values are placed in life, and how we define out identity. We are more than just the college we go to, or the company we are working at. So the next time you feel yourself slipping into this headspace, give this a quick listen.

Shedding Skin... and Fleeting People
My year in 2025 was filled with great opportunities, but also a lot of fleeting friendships and losing things that no longer served me. It was the year of the snake, so I guess it was only a matter of time when those things would happen, but now in 2026 I'm taking full charge towards my goals.

What the f*ck happened in the last 6 months...
So... things went down in the past 6 months and I'm here to give you an update on it. I have a story to share about my life, so sit down, give it a listen, and enjoy :)
