Introduction: I hope you had an awesome Thanksgiving! There is so much to be thankful for, including family, friends, and the greatest country in the world!

This is a quick tip episode to encourage you to take some You Time. Find a minimum of 3 minutes of quiet time everyday single day where you can reflect, pray, visualize, meditate, or do some breathing exercises. If you have more than 3 minutes, that’s even better yet. The important thing is that you find some quite time where you can be alone and uninterrupted. You will feel better and more prepared for the day ahead.
