5 Non-Negotiables That Helped Lauren Build a 7-Figure Business.
- Move your body every day. "If you feel like rubbish, go for a walk".
- Schedule Breaks! And take them. "I used to purposely NOT drink water, so I didn't have to go to the toilet during work hours".
- Don't respond to messages (or texts) outside of business hours. "People just assume that everyone is contactable 24 hours a day these days, and that's not cool".
- Set Goals! And reward yourself when you achieve them. "Watch how fast you grow when you set BIG goals and reward yourself with something special when you achieve them".
- Pay yourself properly. "Make sure that you're being fairly compensated for all the hours that you put into your business - inside and outside of business hours".
