- Increase her prices earlier, and by a larger amount to accomodate for increasing overheads, and GST.
- Hire staff earlier, so you're hiring from a position of patience instead of a place of desperation.
- I'd say NO more often. And I'd set and maintain solid boundaries with Clients.
