- Sending Clients and Potential Clients to the website booking system.
- Making Clients feel disorganised (and out-of-the-loop) when they're trying to book-in during busy periods.
- Telling Clients that if they don't pay their deposit or booking fee (in particular for longer more involved appointments), that their appointment is cancelled.
- Telling your Clients that the car parks are busy and they need to come early.
- Making it public that "You're Unable to Accept Any News Clients Before the End of the Year".
