• Hire for Personality and Not Skills. (You can teach skills, but you can't teach loyalty and work-ethic).
• Lead By Example. (Show your team dedicated and efficient work).
• Understand What Motivates Each Individual Employee. (Money and bonuses aren't fix-alls for motivating your Team).
• Spend Time With Your Team Members. (Take time for individual and Team meetings and check-ins).
• Have KPI's. (Key Performance Indicators).
